Drafting with Camden Homes' in-house drafting and design services will save you time and money. Working with our designer, drafter, and estimator at the same time creates an advantage of timeliness and cost effective design working at the same time. We listen to your ideas and apply our knowledge of structural building and material use to design a well-built home for your budget. Very few building companies offer a service with such benefit to their customers. In the drafting process we take your sketches or ideas and convert them into accurately drawn floor plans, elevation drawings, and three-dimensional house renderings and models. These drawings will not only be done to the latest architectural designs and fashions, but they will be drafted to our local building codes (IRC) and other requirements of code enforcement.
